Returns
Thank you for shopping at Fluffy Panda. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or may be a faulty product.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days, from the day you placed the order, to have your items sent back to us.
Please note that all products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged to be accepted for return. Tags on clothing must remain attached.
The product shall be returned in a secure package together with a copy of the payment receipt. In addition, in order to accept a return of the product, the product must be in careful packaging that will ensure that there will be no damage during the return, that it will not bear any indication that it has been used.
Fluffy Panda reserves the right to test the product before accepting it back for return.
Orders past 30 days will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on SALE items and baby pacifiers due to hygiene reasons.
A product which has been purchased with the use of a discount code (coupon), if it is returned/exchanged, the discount code in question cannot be used again for the same or another product.
We do NOT refund money for returned products. Your return will be made via a Credit Voucher at the amount of the product returned and will be valid for 6 months.
Once your return is received, kindly allow for 5-10 business days to be processed and funds to show in your bank account. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method unless it is a gift return.
*** Returns are not accepted for PRE ORDER items.
Please read the instructions on how to return an item:
- Email us at info@thefluffypanda.com stating your order number (which is on the invoice included in your order) and the products you would like to return and the reason of the return.
- Once your email is received and return request is approved, we will send you an email informing you of the return acceptance. The return process is to send it back to us at Akis Express Deftera branch using telephone number 22333324 for pick up.
- Return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for an alternative please follow the returns process outlined above. We can either exchange your product for another one of the same amount or provide you with a coupon code of the same amount and you can place a new order of your choice again.
