1. Sales and Purchases Procedure

We will sell and you will purchase products from our website subject to the terms and conditions as stated below.

Our products offering are non-binding. By placing an order in our website as the order summary requires, the customer makes a binding offer to us.

We confirm the receipt of your order by sending you an email (order confirmation). The order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance to the offer made by the customer, but is only to inform the customer that we have received the order made.
Our acceptance is only made once the customer receives a second email stating the acceptance of the offer along with the confirmation of delivery.
The above procedure takes place within 2 working days after the order by the customer.

We reserve the right to decline your offer. We will notify the customer immediately.

2. Prices

Our prices are as indicated in the offers/description of the products including VAT. Other charges may be applicable for the delivery of your order.

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit cards from VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, MAESTRO and UNION PAY. Your payment card account will be debited as soon as you purchase the products. Shall we encounter any type of problem while trying to process your payment, we will contact you and advice you on how to proceed in order to resolve the issue.

3. Delivery and shipping conditions

Delivery of the products occurs from a courier of our choice to the address given by the customer.

You must make sure that you have provided us the correct and complete address in which the order will be delivered. In the case of providing a false or faulty address extra costs will be charged for a new delivery to the correct address.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

Fluffy Panda bears no responsibility for delivery delays caused by third parties or for reasons of force majeure (an event beyond the reasonable control of Fluffy Panda including but not limited to epidemics, pandemics including Covid, quarantine, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, act of God, war, riot and more).

If for reasons of force majeure we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you in writing by email or telephone to inform you if you wish to proceed with the completion of your order under these conditions at a new schedule.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.

4. Liability for faulty products and warranty conditions

The Statutory liability for fault product applies.

The colour of the products may be deviated from the one presented in our website depending on the screen and graphics card setting.

All items are guaranteed according to manufacturer’s warranty.

By purchasing any item from the website you are declaring that you are aware of how the products are to be used, thus we claim no responsibility if any product is misused due to negligence.

5. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order without providing any reasons to us, before the order is dispatched. In such a case you will get a full refund of your payment (if there was any).

If the order is dispatched you still have the right to return the products to us (read return policy).

6. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

7. Personal data

The Customer fills personal information (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone, delivery address) when signing up to our website or when purchasing our products for delivery purposes. Fluffy Panda, as Data Processor, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data, collects the necessary information for the processing of the above transactions registered by the Customer (“personal data” or “Data”). The Customer’s Data is kept by Fluffy Panda for the period of time required to fulfil its services with the Customer and in any case for a period not exceeding seven years.
